A few sentences. Be specific — vague answers make it harder for me to say yes.
Tools you've paid for, hires you've made, courses you've taken. "Nothing" is valid — just tell the truth.
List the software you pay for every month. Names + ballpark monthly cost. Be honest, not aspirational.
Don't say "success" or "growth." Be measurable. Hours saved, dollars cut, deals closed — pick something real.
No calendar. Tell me your two best windows. I'll confirm a date within 48 hours.

The terms, briefly. Applications reviewed within 48 hours. If accepted, payment is due before work begins. If not accepted, your payment is refunded in full within 48 hours of the decision. Once an engagement is accepted and work begins, payments are non-refundable except by mutual agreement. Listing Partnership: the $300 retainer is due at broker authorization signing and non-refundable thereafter; the 30% referral is paid broker-to-broker on close. Travel fees apply only to in-person engagements and are flat regardless of mileage within the listed regions.
