Ai for real estate teams
I work with the businesses behind every closing. I watch how your team actually works, write a plan for where Ai fits, then either hand it to you or build it with you.
Pick your industry

A Fair Housing check on every marketing piece.

Screening and notices stay consistent and Fair Housing compliant. A person approves anything legal.

For closers, processors, examiners and business development.

For loan officers, processors and insurance agents.
Encompass, Arive, your agency management system or CRM
Rate and advertising language goes through your compliance review. Nothing quotes a rate on its own.
How it starts
The audit happens remotely and takes about two weeks. Nobody has to stop working for it.
A short chat below: your team, your software, and what’s slow.
One person doing the work and one managing it run Scribe for a day. Then a 45-minute call each covers the parts that never touch a screen.
60 minutes. What I saw, what’s worth automating, and what isn’t.
Workflows, tools, IT approvals, order and effort, in writing. I walk you through it.
Run it yourself, or have me build it. Either way, the plan is yours.

The Team Day
Questions
Claude is the main assistant, with Perplexity for research. If your company already licenses ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot, I build on those instead. Nothing gets installed unless your IT team has approved it.
Scribe records what’s on screen, so we agree on it with IT first. Sensitive fields get blurred, or the capture runs on sample records. You see every recording before I do anything with it.
The Team Day already includes it. Book the audit alone if you want the plan first. It’s credited in full if you book a Team Day within 30 days.
No. Strategy, brand and compliance stay with your team. I set up the tools that carry them out faster and in your voice, and a person approves every message before a client sees it.
The individual Ai Audit is $1,500 and built for one person’s business.
Start the conversation
Not an application. A short conversation about your team, the software you run, and what’s slow. Type it or say it.
If it’s a fit, we start with a 20-minute scoping call, then a written proposal. The Team Audit is paid up front. For a Team Day, a 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due on the day. Travel outside South Florida and the Treasure Coast is quoted with the proposal.
